Paying Your Invoice

We hope the information and links below will help you to pay your invoice efficiently,
so we can expedite getting your items to you!
Pickup: So that we may provide the best service possible, we do request a 24-hour notice for pickups. We understand that this may not always be possible. Someone is generally available for pickups at our Columbus warehouse (3037 Silver Drive, Columbus, OH 43224) Monday - Friday, 9a - 5p. We do try to accommodate nights and weekends when necessary. You can request an appointment by emailing email@example.com or calling 740.362.4771.
Shipping: We do offer in-house shipping, but we are a small business and our core business is auction (shipping is offered as an ancillary service). If receiving your item is time-sensitive, we suggest using one of our UPS shipping partners listed below. With some patience on your end, we can generally accommodate in-house shipping requests on small items. Beginning with the January 2024 Fabulous Funds auction, we are now automatically adding in-house shipping estimates to all out-of-area buyers for whom we can offer shipping. If you do not have a shipping charge on your invoice, please email your in-house shipping estimate request to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are using an outside shipper (either your own transporter or preferred shipper or one the of UPS stores below), please notify us after your invoice is paid to authorize their pickup on your behalf. If we can suggest other shippers or help troubleshoot shipping concerns, just let us know and we will do our best to help.
Payment: We offer a variety of payment options below, with more coming soon. Please note that the cost of payment processing is born by the buyer. (If you initiate a PayPal payment, for example, you will need to add the 2.5% processing fee to your total before sending us payment.) This will avoid delays in processing your payment and releasing your items.
Please note: items are not released until payment in full is received and cleared our bank.
Cash: Cash payments are accepted in person. If paying by cash at pick-up, please bring exact amounts as change may not be available.
Check: An old-fashioned paper check is just fine (in person or by mail to our secure P.O. Box 164106, Columbus, Ohio 43216). Checks from bidders not yet known to us may result in processing delays as we wait for the check to clear before items are released.
ACH: This is basically a digital check service that is offered by our bank at the button below. You may pay using ACH as a guest or by setting up an account. There is a $1.03 processing fee added to your payment by the bank. This is the most efficient and secure way to pay and allows us to process your payment and release items very quickly.
Credit Card: You may pay by credit card in person or online at the link below. There is a 3.5% surcharge charged by our credit card provider that you will need to add to your total before entering your payment amount.
We do not accept credit card payments for jewelry, sterling silver, precious metals, or coins from buyers who are not yet known to us.
Wire Transfer: We do offer wire transfer for an additional $16 fee per wire. Please note: this fee is charged by our bank, is in addition to your bank's wire transfer fee, and must be added to your total when sending the wire transfer. Please email us at email@example.com if you'd like wire transfer instructions.
