Pay Your Invoice

Congratulations on your winning bids!

We hope the information and links below will help you to pay your invoice efficiently,

so we can expedite getting your items to you!

Pickup:  So that we may provide the best service possible, we do request a 24-hour notice for pickups, though we understand that this may not always be possible. Someone is generally available for pickups at our Columbus warehouse (3037 Silver Drive, Columbus, OH 43224) Monday - Friday, 9a - 5p. We do try to accommodate nights and weekends when necessary. You can request an appointment by emailing info@ameliajeffers.com or calling 740.362.4771.

Shipping: We are happy to offer in-house shipping. We automatically add in-house shipping estimates to all out-of-area buyers for whom we can offer shipping. If you do not have a shipping charge on your invoice, please email your in-house shipping estimate request to info@ameliajeffers.com, and we will try to accommodate your request. If you are using an outside shipper (either your own transporter or preferred shipper), please notify us by email after your invoice is paid to authorize their pickup on your behalf. If we can suggest other shippers or help troubleshoot shipping concerns, just let us know and we will do our best to help.

Payment: We offer a variety of payment options below. Please note that the cost of payment processing is paid by the buyer.

Please note: items are not released until payment in full is received and cleared our bank.

Cash: Cash payments are accepted in person.

Check: An old-fashioned paper check is just fine (in person or by mail to our secure P.O. Box 164106, Columbus, Ohio 43216). Checks from bidders not yet known to us may result in processing delays as we wait for the check to clear before items are released.

ACH: This is basically a digital check service that is offered by our bank at the button below. You may pay using ACH as a guest or by setting up an account. There is a $1.15 processing fee added to your payment by the bank. This is the most efficient and secure way to pay and allows us to process your payment and release within 7 days after payment is made to ensure the ACH clears.

Credit Card: You may pay by credit card in person or online at the link below. There is a 3.5% surcharge charged by our credit card provider that is automatically added to your total.

Established bidders, who are known to our firm, may pay their bill by credit card at the following link:

New bidders who are not yet established with us will need to provide proof of identity and written authorization prior to paying by card. These are the steps for new bidders, not yet established with us:

                                          1. Click on the link below. You will be redirected to our credit card authorization site.

                                          2. Enter your full name and email as directed.

                                          3. Check your email and open the message with the subject line "Credit Card Authorization Form                                                   from Amelia Jeffers."

                                          4. Complete the form with all of the information and your digital signature, and upload a copy of                                                   your government-issued ID.

                                          5. You will be directed to the credit card payment portal to enter your card information.

Though it has several steps, this process should be pretty straightforward and allows us to keep your information safe and helps us to prevent credit card fraud.

We do not accept credit card payments for jewelry, sterling silver, precious metals, or coins

from buyers who are not yet known to us.

Wire Transfer: We do offer wire transfer for an additional $16 fee per wire. Please note: this fee is charged by our bank, is in addition to your bank's wire transfer fee, and must be added to your total when sending the wire transfer. Please email us at info@ameliajeffers.com if you'd like wire transfer instructions.
